 Overview

The software offers a complete system for:

  • Scheduling product tests
  • Maintaining historical records of all test activities
  • Program for a customer's product with multiple tests


Set Up

Practical information is recorded during the initial product test set up.

Some of the key elements include:
  • Frequency of test
       - units can be day, week, month or year
  • Picture of test fixture or product being tested
  • Test target - eg. desired number of cycles, number of hours etc.
  • Instructions on how to perform the test
  • Custom fields that are user defined

Skip Holidays

The due dates for tests can skip user identified periods.

By utilizing the built in monthly or quarterly calendar, one can select the days, on which
nothing should be scheduled.

Reporting Flexibility

The criteria for identifying the tests to be included in the selected report are user determined.

Filtering and ordering the report can be based on:
  • Date range or overdue
  • Select tests from list
  • Program, Test id, Description, Location
  • User defined fields (e.g. customer)

Test Schedule

This is a matrix of tests for a a selected month.

 It reflects the required tests for a customer's product  program.
 

Tests Due

The due list includes all tests that are scheduled based on the user entered selected range

Test List

This report includes a list of tests in the database.  

It displays the last test date, next scheduled test date and frequency of the test.

Test History

All activities performed for a particular test are recorded, providing a detailed test profile.

Test Certificate

The certificate contains all information entered for the completed test and can be forwarded to the
customer by email if desired.

Transactions

Information for each test activity  is entered into a transaction record.

All existing test activities that have been performed are summarized in a table. Complete
details for a specific transaction is one mouse click.

Environmental conditions, several lines of descriptive information and pass/fail status can be recorded.

Results of the test and related information can be entered.

Export Information

Reports can be exported to adobe .PDF files or attached to e-mail

Many popular spreadsheet, database, word processor and other file formats are supported.
